Alternatively, visitors can reach the falls by trekking through the Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary. The nearest railway station is Kulem, and the nearest airport is Dabolim Airport in Goa, about 60 kilometers away.

The best time to visit Dudhsagar Waterfalls is during the monsoon season (June to September) or just after, when the waterfall is at its most powerful. However, access can be restricted during heavy rains, so post-monsoon (October to December) is ideal for both beauty and safety.
